Three new faces, three markets, lots of new impetus
Our international team is growing – and we’re delighted to welcome three new colleagues, Théo, Olga and Margherita, who bring not only a wealth of experience but also a wide range of different perspectives.
Théo is strengthening our team in France as Key Account Manager. He already knows the market well, having previously worked in business development for one of our competitors. What particularly appeals to him about his new role? Developing long-term strategies together with our customers and building partnerships that go beyond the classic supplier relationship.
Above all, Théo is analytical. While he greatly values direct dialogue with customers, when it comes to business decisions he prefers to rely on figures and sales data rather than gut feeling. Or, as he describes himself: strategic, customer-oriented and results-driven.
Also new at POS TUNING France: Margherita Rossi has joined as Sales Manager and will take on the role of Country Manager for France starting in January 2027. After nine years at Carrefour and a further two and a half years at Ultimate Products, she brings both retail and sales experience.
For Margherita, the team is her top priority. She wants to support people, build performance together, and continue to drive POS TUNING France forward in terms of both revenue and margin. At the same time, building long-term relationships with existing and new customers is important to her. She describes her way of working as team-oriented, results-driven and entrepreneurial – and it quickly becomes clear from her answers that team spirit means far more to her than just a nice phrase.
In Spain, Olga Valls is taking on a role focused on building something from the ground up. She will drive the development of POS TUNING in the Spanish market, starting by developing the right market and growth strategy. She brings plenty of experience to the task: she has worked in the FMCG and food industry for more than 25 years, including positions at Heineken, GB Foods, Pernod Ricard and Pastas Gallo.
What particularly drives Olga is looking ahead. Innovation and transformation have long been part of her journey – including as a mentor for AgriFoodTech start-ups and as an advisor to companies and investment funds. She’s especially interested in where an industry is heading before the change becomes obvious to everyone. For her, one thing is clear: the point of sale will change significantly in the coming years – and she wants to actively help shape that development. Her three words to describe herself fit this well: curious, strategic and transformation-oriented.
We’re delighted to have you on board. A warm welcome to the team, Théo, Olga and Margherita!
