POS lift systems: Dynamic presentation of goods

Where conventional placements reach their limits, the lift systems from POS TUNING completely redefine the presentation of goods. Our systems use vertical movement to always place products in the direct field of vision and reach of the customer, regardless of their placement.

In the tobacco sector, the POS‑T Stock-Control Lift is a true organizational talent for counter construction. It is specially designed to ensure optimum orientation and order even under Dark Market conditions. The POS‑T Skadi ice cream lift, on the other hand, transforms the often confusing chaos of chests into a structured sales platform. Like an elevator, the ice cream cups are gently transported upwards, which not only guarantees excellent visibility, but also makes it much easier for customers to access them.

Whether as a space-saving solution in the tobacco counter or as an innovative answer to the challenges of frozen food: our lift systems combine maximum space utilization with ergonomics that inspire both customers and employees.

What makes our lift systems so special

Our systems have been specifically developed for extreme conditions and impress with their exceptional robustness and long service life. The principle is simple but ingenious: the automatic lift function makes removing the products child’s play and showcases your products to maximum effect. The time required for daily shelf maintenance is also significantly reduced as there is no need to stack items manually. A structured and always tidy chest/counter display not only ensures better orientation for shoppers and employees, but also makes gaps in stock immediately transparent. This ensures efficient stock management and a professional image right down to the last product.

Our lift systems defy gravity

High-quality technology for frozen food and counter areas

Our lift systems incorporate years of know-how for the point of sale. A precisely coordinated mechanism forms the heart of the systems and ensures that the platform is moved upwards with exactly the right force. No matter whether it’s light herb packs, ice cream cups or tobacco products: The mechanism is the secret to the constant upward flow of goods. A stable channel and high-quality guide elements guarantee that the system functions safely and stably even under high loads.

A so-called divider ensures that the product rows are organized and subdivided. This also keeps the goods stable.
There is a small spring in the feed housing. It provides the necessary pressure to push the products forward.
A guide sliding profile ensures that the feed system is held securely. Particularly necessary for heavy or round product ranges.
The front anchor prevents the goods from falling out and serves as an adaptation element of the system.

We have the answers to your questions!

How long does a pushfeed system last?

You will enjoy our pushfeed systems for a long time if you pay attention to a few little things. Proper handling and care of the pushfeeds are the basis for long, successful use at the point of sale. With every delivery you will receive a small info sheet containing the necessary facts on how to handle our pushfeed systems.

Do I get a warranty on the product?

Our products are guaranteed for 3 years.

What do I need to consider when installing?

Our pushfeed systems are quick and easy to install. You will receive instructions with the delivery. Of course, you can also use our installation service. The POS TUNING team is also available at any time to answer questions and provide assistance.

How many parts do I need for the presentation of my products?

This varies depending on the category and requirements. We will advise you on your order in advance and calculate how many feeds you need for your individual requirements.

What does the pushfeed system cost?

The price for your individual order depends on several factors: Length and depth of your shelving unit, number of facings, how many categories — We will calculate the exact price for you when you place your order.

Is the product conveyor recyclable?

Our pushfeeds go through a cycle. Old pushfeeds that have been sorted out or sent back are sorted into individual parts and some of them are recycled again. This creates a cycle of goods that gives old discarded products a second life.
