In September , Messe Dortmund will once again open its doors to trade visitors from the retail, manufacturing and service sectors as part of InterTabac, bringing together key decision-makers from the tobacco industry.

That was InterTabac 2025

InterTabac has been a permanent fixture in our trade fair calendar for years. This year, we were once again able to present ourselves to the trade public in Dortmund. From September 18 — 20, we offered visitors to the trade fair the opportunity to find out about our new products.

The focus was on our motto “Make.Brands.More.Visible.” andvisibility continues to be a central theme in tobacco presentation. As last year, our “POS‑T Udo Safe” theft solution was a real visitor magnet. Many guests took the opportunity to see a direct demonstration of how it works and to try it out for themselves. The positive feedback confirmed that the combination of design and functionality is in tune with the times.

But it wasn’t just this product highlight that attracted attention: our solutions for NGP products, such as oral tobacco, also attracted a lot of attention. Numerous trade visitors approached us with specific questions, which led to exciting discussions and new impulses. POS TUNING Managing Director, Christoph Moser, draws a positive conclusion: “We met our most important customers here and they took the opportunity to find out about our new products. There is currently a lot of movement on the market. The TPD 3 regulation and the issue of theft are clearly in focus. Many new types of packaging pose challenges for brands and retailers alike. At InterTabac, we can present ourselves as experts in the best possible way and also network.”
