POS TUNING was founded in a private garage in 1998. Over the years, we have become a successful international company with a headcount of about 190. It is the commitment and loyalty of our employees that have allowed us to expand so quickly since 1998 and establish our brand successfully.

FABEL stands for FAmilien BEtreuung Lippe (family care in Lippe) The FABEL Service is a group of companies from the Lippe district that have joined forces to help find a balance between family and work.

FABEL Service offers all employees at POS TUNING free and uncomplicated support for all issues relating to e.g. care of dependants or childcare. The FABEL Service is an excellent source of information for any new colleagues who have moved to the area interested in local facilities for families.
